We have experienced first hand the boom and bust cycles that have plagued our economy in the four decades since our inception. This current economic downturn has been one of the most difficult we have seen our clients go through though.  With the precipitous decline in home sales and home value not seen in decades our neighbors are struggling more than ever to make ends meet.
